DASOL CAPTURED MY SOUL.

DASOL CAPTURED MY SOUL

When I was 15 years old, I wished to visit Boracay to see how beautiful and wonderful it is and to feel its famous white sand. I dreamt that someday I'll be able to see it with my two naked eyes.

One of the main reasons why I want to be a Flight Attendant is that I wanted to visit different places that I've never been to.

2 years ago, I got the chance to see the beautiful and smooth white sand that I always dreamed of, but not in Boracay.     This "Heaven" a like place is called "Colibra Island" located at Dasol, Pangasinan. In this place, you can already feel that your in Boracay because of its white sand and also you can swim in a hidden lagoon similar to the Underground River of Palawan.     You can visit Dasol, Pangasinan via car and it will just take 4-5 hours to get there. After a long ride via car, you need to ride a boat for about 1 hour to finally arrive to "Colibra Island". The locals in that place often called the island "Colibra or Snake Island" because of ample sea snakes that they have found particularly in the rocky part of the island.     But worry no more about the long ride because once you reach the island, the calmness of the sea and fine white sand will welcome you to the place and even-though its tiring, it's really worth it!

When I finally stepped on the white sand, I was speechless and all I ever thought that time was "This place deserved to be seen by a lot of tourists".

So to get memories on this place I create a video and all the things we do the long ride to reach the island until we go back on the villa. because one day if you miss the place you have a documentary video on the place.     Now, I've seen different Facebook posts about this Island and I'm glad that I've already experienced how amazing this place was. My long time wish to see and feel the white sand finally became real. They said that there's a perfect time for everything. So, don't be in a hurry because God surely have a perfect time for you.

MABUHAY!

Hola! Welcome everyone to "Forever Lost in Voyage Travel Blog". First of all, I'm Marjolyn Kate A. De Leon and I'm going to inspire and tell you different stories from my journey.

I'm a 2nd year college student from system plus college foundation and I'm proud to say that I'm a pure kapampangan. Kapampangans are hospitable and they are very good in cooking. Sad to say, I didn't inherit this trait but one thing I'm really good at is baking.

But wait, I tell you more about me. I love to travel, explore new places with my family and my friends. I'm also enjoying the taste of their delicacies or should I say their exotic foods. But the most I love to do is to have an adventure travel with different places.

Most of my travels are always beach experiences because my family loves to see the sea and the calmness of the beach. I'm so sad because COVID ruined it. The plan to travel last summer, we cancel it due to lockdown and pandemic.

Honestly, I didn't got the chance to tour around the world, but I assure you a lot of exciting information about the "Filipino Culture" and how "genuinely and naturally" happy they are even in times of crisis. I aim to provide an interesting and honest details, so that you can feel the fun experience that I've experienced while writing this blog.

So, join my tour and let's explore the Philippines and see how beautiful it is! Let's be proud on our own country!

                                                                                                            Xiexie, enjoy reading!
